STATEMENT, founded by Amélie Huynh, was born of a passion for art and a monumental desire to make a statement. Having made her mark in one of the most prestigious jewellery houses on Place Vendôme, her passion for contemporary art and architecture laid the foundations for the STATEMENT jewellery house. STATEMENT, which means the affirmation, characterizes the action of expressing what one thinks, what one does, and which, by force of circumstance, expresses who one is. In its early days, Statement made a name for itself with its innovative use of rhodium-plated silver, a metal traditionally less valued than gold. Chosen for its resonance with feminine qualities of mystery and chiaroscuro, rhodium-plated silver paved with natural diamonds brings an accessible sophistication to Statement’s collections. In 2022, the brand expanded their range to include 18K Gold, a solar metal that symbolises strength, clarity and positive energy. This expansion represents not only an expansion of their palette of materials, but also an evolution of Statement’s philosophy: that of celebrating and honouring all facets of femininity.
