Exchange Policy

At i-D FINEJEWELLERY, we are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items purchased through www.idfinejewellery.com.

Exchange Period

Eligible items may be exchanged within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Conditions for Exchange

Items must:

be unworn, unused, and unaltered;
be returned in their original condition;
include all original packaging, certificates, labels, and accessories;
be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please contact eshop@idfinejewellery.com before returning any item to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

personalized or engraved jewellery;
custom-made or special-order items;
resized or otherwise altered items;
perfumes, beauty products, and hygiene-related products once opened.

Exchange Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the exchange within 5–10 business days.

If the new item has a higher price, the difference must be paid before shipment.
If the new item has a lower price, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item.
i-D FINEJEWELLERY will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item for approved exchanges.

Availability

All exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative item or a refund.
